For those of you who during a shift can't seem to find the algorithm or calculation you are looking for, I am pleased to have added the Emergency Medicine toolbox on the bottom left of my blog page. I often find myself searching the web for some information I need and the other day had a brainstorm to put it on the blog where everyone can find things quickly. The eTools site is probably the best. The Emergency Medicine on the Web page also contains recent literature searches and top articles from the top Emergency Medicine journals as well as a page with calculators and algorithms like the Ottawa ankle rules. It also contains weekly EKG, XRAY, and medical Photos. Hope it helps you in your daily practice.
